Approach

Emotional adulthood is less about perfection and more about awareness.

It is the capacity to remain present with your internal experience, to notice your patterns without immediately reacting to them, to feel without needing to move away from yourself, to choose with intention rather than urgency.

Over time, this creates a different way of moving through the world, one that is steadier, more aligned, and more your own.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic principles, with attention to emotional experience, relational patterns, and the ways the body holds and expresses what we've lived through.

This work is not about fixing what is broken.

It is about developing a more integrated relationship with yourself, mentally, emotionally, and, when relevant, energetically.

For some, this includes an awareness of how experience is held in the body, in subtle reactions, in tension, in intuitive knowing that precedes thought.

Insight matters. But lasting change tends to occur when that insight is lived in your nervous system, your relationships, and your daily choices.

If you find yourself drawn to this space, you may already be familiar with self-reflection.

You may have done meaningful work before.

And you may sense that there is still more depth available to you.

Working together

A space to explore your internal world with curiosity rather than judgment.

Therapy is, at its best, a space where you can be met without performance.

A space to explore your internal world with curiosity rather than judgment.

In our work together, we may:

  • Gently uncover patterns that have shaped your experience
  • Increase your awareness of emotional and relational dynamics
  • Build your capacity to remain present with yourself
  • Support more aligned and intentional choices over time

There is no pressure to arrive a certain way.

Only an invitation to be as you are and, gradually, to become more fully yourself.

Not all therapy is the same.

This work tends to resonate with individuals who value depth, nuance, and personal responsibility, those who are not only interested in understanding themselves, but in living differently as a result.
